Weekdays

6am - 9am & 2pm - 7pm

Weekends

10am - 7pm

Swimming lessons

Give your child the skills to enjoy a lifetime of fun in the water!

We have partnered with Royal Live Saving to provide the community with the Swim & Survive program, ensuring children get the very best swimming & water safety education backed by over 125 years of experience in swimming and lifesaving, based on evidence-based research.

Our nationally accredited swimming instructors teach both kids and adults how to swim safely in a number of environments. We’ll work on a number of strokes as well as key lifesaving skills.

Please be advised we are currently at capacity for Swimming Lessons; however, you can register your interest here and we will place you on our waitlist. 

We are an approved Active Kids provider, as well as an approved First Laps provider. Speak to our team to find out more.

Aqua Aerobics

A great way to maintain fitness, manage injuries or assist in rehabilitation, aqua aerobics allows you to exercise your body without unnecessary stress on your joints. While similar to using gym machines or doing traditional cardio exercises, aqua aerobics has the added benefit of utilising your natural buoyancy to protect and target specific areas of the body that may require attention.
