Bootcamp - Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 6.00am and Saturday: 7.00am

Combine the latest and proven aerobic and resistance training styles and techniques for all over results. A mix of functional resistance training and cardio designed to increase your general physical preparedness. 

Core and More - Monday & Tuesday: 6.00pm

Custom designed for those looking for a lower impact fitness experience, with qualified fitness trainers to show you how to develop positive exercise and healthy habits for life. Intensity can be tailored to all fitness levels for a fun all-inclusive fitness experience. 

Boxing - Tuesday: 6.00am

Boxing is a training technique in which you give all-out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. 

Mums & Bubs - Friday: 9.30am (SUSPENDED UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2025)

A structured workout created by our trained professionals. Exercises designed specifically for mums to strengthen and stabilise, with the ability to be tailored to your individual needs. Babies and kids under school age are welcomed, so come along and enjoy a workout, socialise with other mums and enjoy a tea, coffee or hot chocolate on us!  

Energise - Wednesday: 8.00am

Based on progressive resistance training, this class for mature adults incorporates aerobic exercise, balance and flexibility. 

Pilates - Wednesday: 5.30pm (COMMENCING SEPTEMBER 2025)

Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise that focuses on strengthening muscles while improving postural alignment, flexibility and core stability. It combines controlled movements with breathwork to build strength, balance and body awareness, making it ideal for all fitness levels.

Kinder Gym - Friday: 10.30am (SUSPENDED UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2025)

Kids love to move and we know how important it is for their development to be active. Kinder Gym is a 1/2hr movement program designed for kiddos ages 3 - 5. Chock-a-block full of activities to develop gross and fine motor skills, practice problem solving and build on cognitive, social, physical and emotional skills through active play and guided exploration.
