At the Extraordinary Council Meeting - Finance Committee held on 26 April 2023, Oberon Council resolved to approve an allocation of up to $90,000 to be included in the 2023-24 draft Operational Plan to fund the Section 356 Financial Assistance program.
In accordance with Section 356 of the Local Government Act 1993 and Oberon Council’s Financial Assistance Policy, a draft list of funding allocations is on public exhibition for a period of 28 days and Council is seeking submissions from members of the community.
The draft allocations can be viewed during business hours at Oberon Council Administration Centre and on Council’s website at www.oberon.nsw.gov.au.

Submissions must be submitted by 4.00pm Friday 2 June 2023.
