Council at its 20 February 2024 Ordinary Meeting received a request for support for two late applications for funding under the 2023/24 Section 356 unallocated funding.
Council resolved to place the following requests on public exhibition for 28 days from Friday 8 March 2024 to Friday 5 April 2024:
- Oberon Garden Club are seeking funding of $836.00 to support the purchase of three vinyl banners signs to assist with promotion of the Open Garden Event. This request was supported by Council.
- The Lifechurch Oberon requested $500 in kind support for the relief of tip fees to assist in ongoing operations of the OpShop and food bank services. Council resolved to support tip vouchers to the value of $500.00.
