Donate Period Products at Oberon Library & Community Centre

No one should have to choose between buying food or essential hygiene products – yet for many experiencing period poverty, that’s the reality.

This August, the Oberon Library & Community Centre is proud to be a collection point for Share the Dignity’s Dignity Drive. Held twice a year, in March and August, the Dignity Drive helps ensure that women, girls, and anyone who menstruates – especially those facing homelessness, domestic violence, or financial hardship – have access to the products they need.

What can you donate?
We welcome donations of brand new, unopened items including:

  • Pads and tampons

  • Reusable cloth pads

  • Period-proof underwear

  • Menstrual cups and discs

  • Incontinence products

All donations will be distributed to those in need through Share the Dignity’s network of charity partners across the country, starting here in Oberon.

Since 2015, more than 5 million period products have been donated by generous Australians. Let’s do our part to help end period poverty – one donation at a time.
