PUBLIC NOTICE - Presentation of Audited Financial Statements

In accordance with Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), (the Act) Oberon Council advises that the audited financial statements and the auditor's reports for the financial year ending 30 June 2025 will be presented to the Ordinary Council Meeting to be held on:

Tuesday, 18 November 2025, commencing 5:30pm in the Oberon Council Chambers.

In accordance with Section 420 of the Act, any person may make a submission to the Council with respect to the audited financial statements or the auditor's reports. Submissions must be received no later than 4:30pm on Tuesday, 25 November 2025.
