Oberon Youth Council


The Oberon Youth Council provides a safe environment for the young people of Oberon to voice their opinions and concerns.

As well as developing and promoting activities for young people in Oberon and its surrounding villages the Oberon Youth Council raises awareness of health, wellbeing and safety for youth and develops a sense of citizenship for its members.

The Oberon Youth Council is made up of Youth members 12 to 24 years of age. 

The Youth Council has organised several events in recent years including the pink up barbecue and raffle, summer festival, Easter raffle and barbeque, drive in movie night and a photography competition.

The Youth Council works alongside various community groups to help run successful events.
