Oberon Council values your opinion, which is why we will conduct a Community Survey from 12 December 2016 by phone to gain your feedback.
The phone survey will seek to understand your satisfaction with, and importance of, core Council services and facilities as well as customer service and communication.
The survey results will inform and improve Council’s planning and decision-making processes and formal reporting obligations to NSW State Government.
The survey will be conducted by independent market research firm, IRIS Research, a specialist in local government community research in Australia.
The research will be conducted by telephone and will be fully representative of the population of the Oberon local government area – in other words, highly accurate and reliable.
If you receive a call, we encourage you to take the time to complete the survey.
Please be assured that your feedback will be treated in strictest confidence by IRIS Research and will only be reported to Council on an anonymous, aggregated basis.
Don’t worry if you are not called, you will still have your chance to have your say, by completing the survey online at our website. The on-line survey will be available from 15 December and will be open for three weeks.
We look forward to your feedback and will report the main survey results to residents at the February 2017 Council Meeting and place it on Council’s webpage.
