Last Tuesday, Council held an Extraordinary Meeting to consider its options in relation to the judgement handed down by Chief Justice Preston in the Land and Environment Court on Friday 7 October 2016. Oberon Council thanks the Minister for this extension and will now have the opportunity to seek further information and clarification in relation to its legal position.
