COMMUNITY BRIEFING SESSION

 

PRESENTATION OF THE OBERON COUNCIL APPLICATION TO THE INDEPENDENT PRICING AND REGULARTORY TRIBUNAL (IPART) FOR A SPECIAL RATE VARIATION

As a result of the response to the community survey “Resourcing our Future” and discussion at the December Council Meeting, Oberon Council is preparing an application to the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) for a Special Rate Variation of 7.5% per year (including rate pegging) for the period 2015/16 to 2019/20.

Oberon Council is holding a series of community meetings to present its IPART application at Community Briefing Sessions to be held at the following locations and dates:

The IPART Application and associated documents will be available for viewing on the Council Website and at the following locations from Friday 23 January to Friday 6 February.
