Oberon Recreational Mountain Bike Trail Development - T2021/4
Council is seeking qualified persons/companies to undertake the Oberon Recreational Mountain Bike Trail Development project. 

The tender requires a qualified contractor to deliver an integrated development of a trail network that can drive tourism returns for the region. The appointed contractor will be required to deliver the project in its entirety by coordinating the consultation, design, build, and promotion phase ensuring the project achieves community and tourism outcomes. 

Oberon Council has undertaken an initial study of the area with some baseline concepts and trail maps being developed to assist contractors to provide costings. These concepts should be quoted in the response, although contractors should use their expertise and creative abilities to modify or provide other suggestions as the project commences. Interested parties are required to register their details through the e-procure portal www.eprocure.com.au (link is external) to obtain building drawings and tender specification documents at no charge.

All completed conforming tenders must be submitted by uploading through the eprocure tendering portal, no hard copy submissions will be received via mail or at Council Administration Centre.

Late tender submissions will not be considered by Council, lobbying or canvasing staff or Councillors will also result in a tender being disqualified. 

The closing date and time for submissions is: Tuesday 6 April 2021 and must be received no later then the 9am.


Written tenders are invited and will be received until 12:00noon Friday on 23 April 2021 for:

  • Sprayed bituminous surfacing works in the Oberon Council area, from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2023.
