Oberon Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified building firms for the construction of a new fire shed to be constructed on land located off the 2-Mile section of the Jenolan Caves Road, Jenolan Caves. The construction of a new rural fire service building, which is approximately 294 square metres. Building will also require internal fitout, concrete apron to shed frontage, plumbing including the supply of 1 x 5,000 litre colour bond tank as well as 1 x 55,000 litre colour bond fire fighting water reservoir and connection to existing water and sewer reticulation. All civil foundation works have been completed for the successful tenderer.

Interested parties are required to register their details through the e-procure portal www.eprocure.com.au to obtain building drawings and tender specification documents at no charge.

All completed conforming tenders must be submitted by uploading through the eprocure tendering portal, no hard copy submissions will be received via mail or at Council Administration Centre.

Late tender submissions will not be considered by Council, lobbying or canvasing staff or Councillors will also result in a tender being disqualified.
