The Oberon Tarana Heritage Railway is dedicated to preserving and restoring the Oberon-Tarana rail line to a standard suitable for tourist rail services.

The opening of the Tarana - Oberon railway line was a significant historical event in the European development of the Oberon Plateau.

Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month.
