ANZAC Day March & Service

11.00am March commences

11.30am Remembrance Service commences

1.00pm Veterans, Ex-service & Service Personnel Lunch

The march will commence from the front of the Council office at 11.00am and proceed down the hill to the memorial. Marchers are asked to assemble at 10.30am. Transport in the parade will be available for any veteran not being able to walk the distance (500 meters), please contact Bill Wilcox or Neville Stapleton. Members of all three schools will be marching as well as members of the RAAF, RFS, SES and NSWFB.

At the completion of the march, a wreath laying ceremony will be conducted at the memorial. Anyone wishing to lay a wreath please contact President Bill Wilcox prior to the march. The guard of honour and centrifuge party will be provided by members of the RAAF from Orchard Hill, Sydney.

At the completion of the wreath laying, the remembrance service will be conducted in the RSL Club auditorium. All members of the community, visitors and children welcome and encouraged to attend.

At 1.00pm lunch will be provided for all ex-service men & women, their spouses, family and friends. There will be a small charge for non service/ex-service personnel.

Two Up will be conducted in the RSL Club from 5:00pm
