Development Control Plan 2001
The Development Control Plan stipulates criteria for certain categories of development.
The Development Control Plan seeks to provide greater certainty to people wishing to develop in Oberon as to the standard of development which Council and the community expects.
The Development Control Plan includes Exempt and Complying Development.
