John Chapman
John Chapman is responsible for the day to day management of the Corporate Services Department. 
This section of Council is responsible for Finance, Administration, Human Resources, the Visitor Information Centre, the Aged Care Units, the Community Technology Centre, the Oberon Public Library, the Community Centre, the Care Car and the Gymnastics Club.
